Memorable learning events on national level were organized for technical and front desk team in Nov & Dec, 2013 on the subjects “Achieving Service Excellence & Customer Delight”. These learning events helped technical and front desk team a lot to improve their technical and soft skills. Participants at the end showed determination to provide unbeatable customer service to their valuable customers.
